I've been with Thirty-One for almost 2 ½ years, and all along the way it's affected my life personally and professionally. From the deep friendships I've made with Hostesses and other Consultants, to strengthening my leadership skills, I have become a much more confident person. I was initially attracted to Thirty-One because of the open market…nobody had heard of it! But I saw right away how much women loved it, and how much potential it held. Now, here I am, a Senior Director! Becoming a Director has really helped me focus on my team and think about what their dreams are. I am really committed to helping the girls on my team become successful and encourage them to achieve their dreams and goals! Sure, juggling teaching, building my business, being a mom and wife can be a challenge – but Cindy Monroe encouraged me to make sure I have balance in my life, sticking to set business hours and answering calls and e-mails during that time. It's hard, because I love my Thirty-One business so much! I want to be available all the time! To those women considering joining Thirty-One, I say, just do it! What do you have to lose? The support you get from the Company is like no other company! They give you all the tools you need to succeed. I love being a part of Thirty-One!
