What sparked my interest in this company is the biblical foundation on which it is based, as it mirrored the same values that I hold important in my life. Plus, I felt the products were really great and I knew there was nothing like it available in my geographical area. It was a win-win situation! Prior to joining the Thirty-One team, I was never comfortable speaking publicly. But they helped me overcome my fears by providing me with useful training materials to help give me the confidence to put on a successful show. In fact, in less than two years, I transitioned from a Consultant to an Executive Director with nearly 70 women on my team! I have a great deal of pride in my team and I have become a much stronger leader than I ever thought possible. As my business has grown, I have been able to significantly contribute to my family's finances. In fact, my Thirty-One earnings have paid for my family's entire summer vacation! My husband and I are also looking forward to the incentive trip I won to the Caribbean! Being able to work at my own pace, set my own hours and generate additional income has been an incredible experience. The level of support and encouragement is unparalleled and working with other women with the same values is inspiring. I'm so glad I found Thirty-One.
