Like so many women, I began to feel certain elements of myself slipping away as I focused more on my children and growing family. As a stay-at-home wife and mother, I felt fulfilled in a way I could never have imagined. I also felt I'd lost touch with who I had been, the woman I was, before making those changes in my life. When I joined Thirty-One, I found the voice I'd lost. In my business life, I'd been a human resources professional and quite comfortable speaking in public. After being at home for a while, I lost my confidence in that arena. With Thirty-One I came roaring back! In fact, speaking on stage at our conferences literally put me back in the arena, in the spotlight. Another benefit I couldn't have predicted from my Thirty-One career is the growth in my faith. I'm now surrounded by a circle of Christian friends I've met as a direct result of my affiliation with Thirty-One. And through sharing my faith with them, I have grown so much. I'm leading a team, mentoring others, even inspiring other women … all while continuing the role I love at home with my family and contributing to our financial security. All because of Thirty-One. No, I'm not the woman I was before. I'm better.
