Receptionist
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a positive Thirty One experience to lobby visitors. The receptionist greets all visitors in a warm and welcoming manner and directs visitors to appropriate contacts and locations within the building. They answer incoming calls, answer questions, and directs’ calls to the appropriate destination. The position may also be called upon to perform clerical tasks for any department that is in need of supplemental clerical assistance for projects, special events or overflow.
